this is my terms of service. reading this is an essential part of the fursuit commission process with me. without your confirmation of reading my TOS i can not accept your commission. by confirming you have read this page, you are agreeing to the possibility and inconvenience of:

WAIT TIMES
IMPERFECT CRAFTSMANSHIP
ACCIDENTAL SAFETY RISKS
ALLERGIC REACTION
LOST PACKAGES
USE OF MESSAGES/INTERACTIONS
EVERYTHING NOTED * ON THIS PAGE

i will not be liable for these circumstances once confirmed.
If you commission me, your private info such as your address and name will not be stored or sold in any way. Your info will only be used to complete, pay for and ship your fursuit. however, message logs and payment history may be used for proof purposes at any point in the future. i am able to decline any commission and not state the reason.

*please note: while nobody will be smoking in your suit at any time, weed and nicotine contact is not something my enviroment is free from. there may be slight odour.

PAYMENT

NO REFUNDS

as of September 2024 i only take Cash, PayPal, Cashapp, and E-Transfer.

i am based in canada, but as most of my commissioners are american, i use USD only for anything but E-transfer.

Payment Plans are OK, i only do 25% and 50%. pay the rest before/after commission is complete. (not sent)
if you miss a payment, your commission will be on hold for a maximum of 6 months (unless specified by me) before i scrap it or use it for something else.

DESIGN

Fursona/character design might affect commission price. things such as stripes, spots, large tails, and gradients can add anywhere from $50 - $500

SHIPPING

I use Canada Post to send out my wares. *buyer pays for shipping. I am not responsible for paying for customs, losing packages or items, or shipping failures/damages (especially outside of canada post)

parcel tracking is included in your order. i will send your tracking # when applicable.

DEADLINES

wait times vary greatly depending on character complexity, how many parts you ordered and what goes on in my life during the time of commission. fursuit heads can take up to 6 months to complete, not including shipping times. anything else will need to be compensated or payed for.

repairs

I do not offer any warranties of any kind at this point in time.

MINORS

*My fursuit commissions are strictly 14+. i will not work with any child under 13. i will work with 14-15 under parent confirmation and agreement.
